It went together well, looks as I'd expected which is good. Only downside is the pattern size range, I've got friends who would look great in this but aren't covered by the sizes; it needs to go up to cover plus size ladies.

Overall, I liked the pattern, but feel like there may be too much fabric hanging in the front for me.

First of all, I love this cardigan!!
About the instructions -- the diagrams seem to indicate topstitching through the first few steps, but topstitching is not mentioned in the actual text.
About the design -- this was a must-purchase for me because of the pockets. However, since they're sewn by stopping and starting the facing's topstitching, I can sometimes see the fabric of my cardigan hanging funny around the point where the lower topstitching restarts after the bottom of the pocket openings. It made me wonder why the facing wasn't shaped with something like slightly curved cutouts at the pockets so that the topstitching could continue uninterrupted. (Maybe since this was translated from a commercial pattern and it wouldn't be cost effective, but then it could have been revised for this pattern meant for home sewers?)

This pattern runs a bit large, I made the XS although my measurements put me in a size S

Depending on the weight of your fabric, I would be super careful when sewing up the facing and hidden pockets. To me, the pockets are a bit unnecessary as they really don't hold much and aren't functional for your hands. If it's your first time making this cardigan and you're using a lightweight fabric, omit the pockets. I don't think you'll miss them and you'll have more success with making the pattern!
