Great, classic pattern that is perfect for those trying knits for the first time!

I find most Grainline Studio patterns run large compared to other indie companies. Easy to put together with tips for beginners to sew on a sewing machine or a serger.

I had this gorgeous French terry with rosegold foiled stars and I knew it needed a simple, classic silhouette to show it off. I'm so glad I chose this pattern to make it in. The finished result is simply stunning and so comfortable. This was very easy to make and a satisfying instant gratification project. I used ribbing for the neck, cuffs and hems. I will definitely be making this again

I love this basic pattern. I love the two views, I love how quick it is, it's easy to pick a size. It comes together really fast because there's no hemming. It's definitely a TNT pattern for me.

I love this pattern and have made it twice. Firstly in a scuba knit and my second make was a french terry. The fit around the bust is excellent on me ( not baggy ) like some raglan patterns can be and the sizing for the body needed no alteration. One change I made was to make it slightly longer. My only problem was the neckline.... I raised it slightly but want to raise it a whole lot more and make it a closer fit around the neck. While I was happy raising it by about 2cm all around, I am not confident enough (without some reassurance that I won't ruin the shape ) to raise it by about 5cm all round or if that can even be done without distortion of the neckline. Happy to take reassurance please. Cheers Sue
