Purple Bonn of Maximum Warmth
This is my fifth Bonn shirt. I made it after weeks of freezing my bum off. I went to Joann's and picked out the warmest, thickest flannel they had. I lengthened the overall shirt length by 6" to make a cuddly warm tunic that I could wear with leggings and enormous wooly socks. Somehow my darts ended up too low, even though I'd made this shirt four times before, so I plopped enormous pockets on top of them to kind of mitigate the look. The shirt ended up quite a bit big, so I had to take it in on on the sides about an inch.
This is a size 10DD with a 1 1/8" forward shoulder adjustment, the sleeves lengthened 1.5" and the point of the V neckline lowered an inch. The sleeves are a size 10 with a 1.5 full bicep adjustment, which is maybe a little much.
Measurements were B41W34 when I made this.
