Lane Raglan Workshop and Trunkshow at Fancy Tiger
The New Year has arrived and we are over-the-moon excited about some new events and features coming your way in 2015. We have a ton of goals, a million more random ideas, and the best group of sewing women supporting us along the way. We are total happy campers right now.
One thing we’d like to work on in 2015 is uniting the sewing community in person, all over the world. While it’s awesome to connect with the online sewing community through platforms like Instagram and Facebook, it can be even more fulfilling to meet these people face-to-face. Just this year I met Erin from Sewbon and it’s amazing how quickly we clicked. When you share a passion with someone else the conversation just flows.
We have dreams of building Indiesew features that will facilitate this connection, but we’re first testing out this idea in our own neighborhood with a designer and a fabric shop that have supported us from day one. Hey June, Fancy Tiger Crafts and Indiesew are teaming up to bring you one amazing Saturday afternoon.
If you live in Colorado, then listen up! Adrianna Appl, the designer of Hey June sewing patterns, and I will be teaching a Lane Raglan workshop at Fancy Tiger Crafts in Denver! We are so excited about this collaboration and even more excited to share our love of the Lane Raglan sewing pattern. Maybe you’ve already mastered this pattern? No problem! You can come and meet Adrianna and I in person and browse samples of all of the Hey June sewing patterns at the Hey June Trunkshow!
