In just six days we’ve had an astonishing response to the Indiesew Fall Collection launch. Thanks for all the love, people! Last Tuesday, the lovely Merrick kicked off the Indiesew Fall Collection Blog Tour that will extend into this week, and she hosted a giveaway for one lucky reader to win the entire Fall Collection Bundle (a $45 value)! Just sit tight, folks. The winner will be announced at the end of this post.
So about this blog tour. Wow…so…much…inspiration. I mean, these blog-hop-type things are pretty commonplace. Whether it’s pattern testing, bundle launches, or a couple of weeks of themed sewing, the online sewing world is particularly talented at showing off their creations. This was a huge reason for starting Indiesew, to foster the creativity and collaboration that is already so apparent in this niche hobby. This blog tour in particular? Well, let's just say that these ladies hit it out of the park. Seriously.
So far, we’ve seen four bloggers showing us how they wear the Indiesew Fall Collection. We’re seeing entirely wearable, handmade wardrobes. Casual, trendy, and super versatile clothing. That makes me giddy. Have you not been paying attention? That's alright, here's a recap:

Merrick kicked off the launch of the Indiesew Fall Collection by showing us how she wore the Natalie Top, Hudson Pants, and Lane Raglan. I absolutely love Merrick's personal style, so I knew she'd put an extra unique spin on the Fall Collection patterns. Our favorite? Her Hudson Pants paired with those leopard-print shoes, graphic tee and leather jacket. Read her post here: Fall Sewing Giveaway with Indiesew.
Monica from Adirondack Inspired
Monica showed us how she paired the Lane Raglan and Sew Simple Leggings for a casual, exercise outfit. We are absolutely loving her raglan modifications, including shortening the sleeves and making the hem high-low. See her creations on Monica's blog: Adirondack Inspired.
Teresa from Dandelion Drift
Teresa paired the Natalie Top and Commuter Cowl in perfect casual, neutral harmony. Her chambray top paired with the flannel cowl is my new go-to outfit this fall. See how she's wearing it on Dandelion Drift.
Lucinda from Sew Wrong
Lucinda showed us how she wears the Lane Raglan, Hudson Pants, and Alice Book Bag in unison. Top it off with some high-top Reebok sneakers and she's looking totally on-trend. We especially love the polka-dot knit she used for the Hudson Pant and the ultra suede with a metallic underlay Alice Book Bag. See Lucinda's post on her blog: Sew Wrong.
