Indiesew Fabric Batch #014: Fireside

UPDATE: The Fireside fabric batch is now sold out. We will try to restock!

We are so excited to be bringing back fabric batches! What are fabric batches, you ask? These small, curated fabric collections mix and match to create a mini capsule wardrobe. You can see some of our past fabric batches here.

Truth be told, I absolutely love creating these little collections. Without the pressure of a big seasonal collection launch, these small releases totally get my creative juices flowing. As soon as I've chosen the four or five fabrics to be included, I'm cutting yardage for myself and sewing one or two items that coordinate.

Today's fabric batch is called Fireside, because it's a warm autumnal palette that makes me want to hole up in a cabin somewhere with the sound of crackling wood nearby. Two cotton flannels (who are both begging to become button-up shirts), a rayon crepe, and a Tencel shirting are the players. Let's take a look:

All of these substrates are overstock fabric, which means there's limited inventory! If you see something you like, grab a few yards for your next Fall sewing project.
